Because Karion operates primarily within digital community and creative ecosystems, our internal operational workflows securely route validated contact form submissions to private, restricted team channels via Discord to alert designated Karion coordinators for prompt review.

• Notifications are relayed via encrypted serverless backend webhooks. Webhook endpoints and credentials are strictly isolated on the server side and never exposed to client browsers or source control.
• Notifications are accessible exclusively by authorized Karion management personnel to review project feasibility and initiate direct correspondence.
• Inquiry details are not broadcast publicly or made accessible to unauthorized third parties.

External platform operations comply with respective platform developer terms and privacy frameworks.

Certain static visual assets, web fonts, vector brand logos, and media files may be served through standard high-speed Content Delivery Networks (CDNs). These providers deliver optimized assets to your browser based on standard web networking protocols.

Submitted contact details and transient technical request data are processed strictly for legitimate inquiry handling, client communication, and anti-abuse defense. Karion does not retain request data longer than reasonably necessary for these operational purposes, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Our serverless relay architecture transiently verifies, formats, and delivers incoming inquiries without maintaining unnecessary long-term database stores of submitted contact records.
